多功能变工况热泵机组制冷系统优化设计与应用

Optimization Design and Application of Multi-function Variable Conditions Refrigeration Unit

摘要:

根据多功能制冷供热系统特点及要求,结合制冷热力学原理及计算分析结论,对多功能机组制冷系统循环形式进行了优化设计,并选用两台螺杆式制冷压缩机作为机组的压缩机。该机组较好地实现了压缩比变化较大时工况转换,具有良好的负荷调节能力和适应性。经现场实施及运行结果表明,多功能机组及其系统满足了多功能需要、达到了设计目的。

Abstract:

Based on the characteristics and requirements of mine heating and refrigeration thermodynamics, the multi-function heat pump refrigeration unit is optimal designed, and two screw compressors used as refrigeration compressor of the multi-function unit are selected. The preferably switching working condition is achieved under the compression ratio change largely, which has a good load adjustment capability and adaptability. By the running test shows that the multi-function variable conditions refrigeration unit and its system can meet different functional requirements and achieve the design purpose.
